I came across this company named Media Storm and I have been hooked ever since viewing their work.  The quality of the stories and the videos are simply amazing.  There are so many people who get focused on what gear to purchase and the impressiveness of that is good, but the story trumps gear and technique every time. Of course technique is important and people need to learn it. But if they don’t have a good story, technique or gear won’t matter.  

Watch this powerful piece from them about the Rwanda genocide and the women who were held captive and raped. Powerful.

In Rwanda, in 1994, Hutu militia committed a bloody genocide, murdering one million Tutsis. Many of the Tutsi women were spared, only to be held captive and repeatedly raped. Many became pregnant. Intended Consequences tells their stories. See the project at
