This was the annual gala for Faces and Voices of Recovery America Honors Recovery Dinner.
The AHR Gala Dinner is an annual event hosted during Recovery Month (September). The gala is an opportunity for recovery professionals to network and dine with change-makers and celebrate the broader progress made as a community. AHR recognizes individual trailblazers who make it their mission to de-stigmatize addiction and normalize recovery. The gala was held at one of my favorite hotel venues in Washington, D.C., the Mayflower Hotel.
