We bring a professional headshot setup to your location and use Headshot Tools to manage registration and photo delivery. Participants register with their name and email address, have their headshots taken, and receive an individual email with access to their photos.

Can participants register before the event?

Yes. We provide a registration link that your organization can share before the event. Advance registration helps streamline the process and keeps the headshot line moving.

Can people register at the event?

Yes. Participants who haven’t registered in advance can scan an on-site QR code and enter their information before having their headshots taken.

How does each person receive their headshots?

Each participant receives an email with access to their individual headshots through our Headshot Tools delivery process. Your team doesn’t have to sort through photos or manually email each person.

When will participants receive their headshots?

For our standard volume headshot events, participants receive their headshots by email the next business day. We confirm the delivery schedule with your organization before the event.

Will our company or university receive all the photos?

Yes. Your organization receives access to the complete collection of headshots. If your event also includes employer or exhibitor photography, those photos will be available to your organization as well.

Do you provide headshots for university students and career fairs?

Yes. We provide professional student headshots for university career fairs, campus programs, and recruiting events. Students can use their photos for LinkedIn profiles, professional bios, and other career materials.
